Cheap Genshin Impact Account MiHoYo's well-received free-to-play action RPG Genshin Impact will be receiving a PlayStation 5 version with "enhanced graphics," according to the developer. This comment comes shortly after the release of the mobile-centric game's version 1.1 update and could indicate plans for next-gen consoles.

Along with its PS5 release, miHoYo will be launching Genshin Impact‘s Version 1.1 update, a rather sizeable update bringing its very first seasonal event named Reconciled Stars. The event will feature a Teyvat facing “sudden and terrible catastrophe,” and new quests and challenges will allow players to earn a four-star Electro character called Fischl during its two week period. Version 1.1 will also add more regular quests, characters, and a brand new per-city reputation system which seemingly allows you to unlock various items exclusive to the different regions.

According to MiHoYo, Genshin Impact will be able to run on PS5 "via backwards compatibility with improved graphics and faster load times." Genshin Impact is already a beautiful-looking game on PS4, both in its sprawling world and its colorful character designs, so getting a graphical boost there sounds like a treat.

So it’s pretty apparent that Genshin Impact will be making the leap, but it looks like it will only be available on PlayStation 5. Given that the only console the game is currently available on is PlayStation 4 (PC and mobile as well), MiHoYo’s focus on Sony’s next-gen platform isn’t too surprising.

What would this potentially entail? Genshin Impact's elemental combat system features a number of glossy, reflective objects which could be enhanced substantially through hardware ray-tracing. Better shadow work and higher quality textures are also likely improvements. Minimizing load times by leveraging the PS5's SSD would also be much-appreciated: entering and exiting dungeons currently takes a good deal of time on mobile.
